Actually bought the house in November 06. The first two photos was taken on 25.03.07. The final photo taken on the 19.05.07. The latest development ? Still doing some finishing. I reckon they'll finish up by April.
A valuable lesson learnt purchasing a so called low cost house is go for the show houses.
See equation below:
low cost housing = cheap houses
:. low = cheap
low cost = cheap labour + cheap material = low quality
low quality = save cost
:. developer $$.
But most of the show houses definately using the skillled labour & high end materials.
